Plans at a glance
- Free — up to 3 forms, 100 submissions/month.
- Team — unlimited forms, 10k submissions/month, workflows, analytics.
- Enterprise — SSO, SCIM, custom domains, data residency, CMK, priority support, contractually agreed SLAs.
Usage counting
A submission is one completed response to a published form. Workflow runs are separately metered on the Enterprise plan, with generous included allowances on Team.
Invoices
Invoices are issued monthly on your renewal date. Download PDFs from Settings → Billing → Invoices. For enterprise accounts we support annual prepayment by ACH or wire.
