  • How do I move a workspace from the hosted app to self-hosted?

    Export all forms, submissions, and workflows from Settings → Workspace → Export. Import the archive into your self-hosted instance with the ingress-forms-cli restore command.

  • Can I rename a form after publishing it?

    Yes. Renaming only changes the display title; the slug in the public URL stays stable until you explicitly change it.

  • Is there a maximum submission payload size?

    Submissions are capped at 1MB of JSON plus up to 100MB of attachments by default. Enterprise plans can raise these limits.

  • Do you support multi-region deployments?

    Enterprise self-hosted deployments support US, EU, and AP regions with data pinning. The managed cloud runs primarily in us-east-2 with read replicas in eu-west-1.

  • How do I delete a user's data?

    From Settings → Workspace → Members, find the user and select Delete & erase. All submissions authored by that user are permanently erased within 7 days. You'll receive a certificate of deletion.
